I drove up to the speaker for drive thru and almost immediately, was told I would have to wait “at least 5 minutes” for my order to be taken. I waited much longer than that with zero cars in drive thru ahead of me, but 4 behind me. I, finally drove up to the window. No one came to the window. This is absolutely the slowest sonic. I finally drove off along with several cars behind me. Customer service is horrible. I will not be returning.

I got a cherry limeade yesterday and this is the third time I’ve been to this location and they have given me no cherry and I got a route 44 not one cherry….. should start calling it just cherry soda cause there wasn’t a line either . What a joke !

The person taking the order was having trouble hearing me and made the comment that he thought the system was having a glitch. It’s possible I wasn’t talking loud enough, who knows. The food was good, tots weren’t warm but were okay. The carhop was apologetic about any issues ordering. They were a little slow about asking what I wanted to drink and fries or tots. I asked for a dog ice cream as a pup cup and it confused them. Certainly not an issue though..

The manager was SO rude. Drink preferences were wrong and order not complete. Asked for correction and was told “we are so busy in there and there are only three of us working.” I don’t understand the point of being rude when we weren’t rude to begin with.

Good food just a lot smaller than it used to be. Also they don’t have knives anymore so it’s hard to eat the Coney Dog when it’s fully loaded. Otherwise they did a good job.
