I’m not usually one to complain, but this just looks rushed. I usually go to 18 and mound location, which is always 100% effort of not only looks but taste too. I was passing by this location and figured why not, at least give me a knife to finish your job for you?. Taste alright, but could look better. Do better.

Stopped in for a quick coffee before a doctor’s appt. Great coffee and service. Was greeted right away and my order was taken. Paid and had my coffee in less than a minute. AWESOME! Highly recommend Tim Hortons as they never disappoint.

The clerk was distracted a lot. My order was simple but she still misunderstood me. I asked a question about the Easter donut and it’s filling. She looked and sounded confused. Took a bit to get the order I asked for. The place wasn’t busy. The plain timbits were on the hard side.

Best Tim Horton’s coffee in Michigan that I’ve tried. Their coffee tastes just like Canada’s Tim Hortons coffee. I’m not sure why the other Tim Horton’s coffee doesn’t taste as good as this Tim Hortons coffee. I drive past many other coffee shops to get to this Tim Hortons coffee The staff is always kind and courteous. The same people have worked there for a long time which means the management/owner must Be good. Thank you.

I can’t even begin to imagine what kind of training their employees receive. Ordered a ten pack of assorted Timbits, received all plain glazed. Ordered a French vanilla coffee, received French vanilla cappuccino. Ordered a coffee mocha, received hot chocolate mixed with coffee. The entire order was wrong! Good thing I have other Tim Hortons to go to because this location no longer exists for me.

Very disappointed and will not be going here again! This is how they packaged our doughnuts. Not only did they ruin almost every doughnut they packed they also forgot 5 items and completely messed up on the drink I ordered. I don’t understand how they can’t do their job correctly.

Thieves at this location…..My card was charged multiple times for the same order. I hadn’t realized that that happened before, but after reviewing months of bank statements, I realized that this had happened multiple times with this Tim Hortons location. I only go to Tim Hortons usually 1 time per day in the morning on my way to work M-F. There was a time last month where I got charged 3 times in one day. 12.04 each time. That’s when I started to pay closer attention. And then this week I went and bought my usual M-Th. Thursday- 2 charges show up on my card. 12.04 and then about 2 hours later…. Another 12.04. On Friday I went in and paid cash and since the order was still pending on my charges I didn’t bring it up, but I did pay cash on Friday. I wake up Saturday morning and was charged the second pending charge from Thursday goes through Friday Morning. Since there are Tim Horton locations everywhere, I have stopped going to these thieves at 21 and van dyke and I tell everyone to stay away unless you want to get double and sometimes triple charged

Sad when you buy a sandwich for your son once you get home open it looks like half of it is gone when we pay full price, everytime I say it’s ok, but enough is enough.. the other day looks like someone bit a piece off of it… and when you order a large or a medium coffee, as always quarter of a cup is missing..

Egg thieves! They only put one egg on a sandwich that is supposed two! I have had this happen so many times I think it’s policy. Shady owner. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too, minus the people work in the drive-through, who are super friendly I’ve had three bad experiences, all with the quality the food.
