Not really sure why online ordering is an option. Placed an order online because the line was really long (at least 8 sandwiches before mine) so I’m already in store, and 10 mins from when I placed the order of when it was supposed to be ready. 12 mins go by so I walk up and tell them that I’m here for an online order. They ask for my name, I give it to them, and the young boy asks his coworkers where my order is. Turns out it’s all the way at the beginning and they misplaced it… So I ended up being there for almost 30 minutes for an online order and everyone who would have been behind me and ended up getting their food before me.

What a great place! I don’t think we can go to “sub st” after trying firehouse subs. Very flavorful, packed with ingredients, no need to tell them every detail of how you want your sandwich done, they already do it right! The drive thru is not for this location btw. Lots of parking nearby and very efficient service. Every bite was so full of flavor, we will return very soon.

You can never go wrong with a quality hot sub or sandwich and firehouse subs brings the quality. The Nashville hot brisket used a quality cut of beef and was juicy, tender and flavorful. The Nashville sauce was perfect, with a nice heat and not to oily. The cornbread roll was amazingly soft and fresh. The slaw was great and cooled the heat from the Nashville hot sauce perfectly. The pickles added a nice contrast. The mac and cheese is a must try. Loved the creamy cheese sauce and the added Italian bread crumbs on top. The chili was great and hardy. 5

This Firehouse is typical of casual dining fare. If you go in with that idea, you’ll enjoy it. The staff are friendly, they have a reasonable selection of sub fixings. The hot sauce selection is quiet good.

I don’t get to go often, but today it was soooo good! They were super busy but you couldn’t tell by the friendly staff and delicious food. Portions were great, just the right amount. Drinks were good and not watered down with a great selection. Can’t wait to go back!!

I asked for no cheese and no mayo, and there was cheese and mayo. Also I asked to add different veggies, and they said there was already vegetables on the sandwich lol. And on top of it my sandwich was soaking wet lol. Like sopping for some reason. The side pickle was good buttttt everything else was not.
