Party party party!! If you have a big party and want to have an amazing time with food and drinks you’ll definitely have the accommodations here! My wife and I had frequented here multiple times because of the Vietnamese Cajun fusion in addition to the great mixed drinks. My go to is the stir fried baby clams with the bánh tráng: utterly delicious, flavorful and kept true to the varying consistencies and textures with hến xúc. Another go to is the oysters on the half shell with horseradish and cocktail sauce. Want even more delicious goodness? Crawfish Mac and cheese with crispy crumbs on top in a cast iron no less. All of this was before our wedding night. I called ahead to check in with them just to be sure because I didn’t want our party to greet them unprepared. The wedding after party was about 50 people, and they were able to accommodate our party easily! The drinks were flowin, and the love and celebration went until we closed them down. You guys are fantastic!!

This place is excellent for food–once you can get seated. There needs to be a better system set in place or the workers need to be trained better for efficiency…or they just need to hire more workers. I have been here many times. The last time, I had called and made a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t even half full but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes last our reservation time to be seated. I love the food, though. I love that they have space for large parties as well as small intimate ones. Sometimes food takes a long time to make. If that is the case, the servers need to inform the customer of that. One of the items we ordered was a sushi roll–one sushi roll. 30 minutes later, we were still waiting. Thinking that they had forgotten, we reminded them. The server went to check and then came back and said they were cooking a new batch of sushi rice. It was near closing. They could have just told us that they would need to make new rice which would take awhile or give us the option to not order it because of how late it was in the evening. Sometimes getting the servers to bring us the bill or even pick up our payment took a long time. This doesn’t take away from the quality of the food, though. The food is excellent and they have many options.

I really want to try this place again and I hope that the service will be better. We we’re hardly acknowledged. Basic things we had to ask for (cutlery, napkins etc.). My meal came out 15 min before my friend’s food, making it awkward having to eat in front of them. The server would throw our food down and run off before I got a chance to ask for condiments. I feel that the servers should have acknowledged the wait and paid as much attention to his tables as he was his friends in the back.

2/25/23, rainy and very cold weather in Orange County. We decided to go try The Wharf, heard some online reviews we’re good. The food was alright, nothing was a wow, awesome food moments. The service was terrible, took forever to bring out hot tea, it feels like we’re having a picnic because we’re using paper plates, plastic forks/spoon, even beer was served in a plastic cup. My friend said that they used to serve beer into a glass cup, which tasted better, but some reason, this place went cheap, we guessed that they couldn’t afford to hire a dishwasher or someone to clean up. The waiter keep arguing with my friends, saying that they never served beer in a glass cup, but in fact my friends said that they went there to eat 5 times and each time they always served beer in a glass. Overall, the experience was not warming, service was terrible, and the food was only ok at best 3 stars out of 5. Sorry I wouldn’t come back.

Went here for the first time tonight with some friends. My friends and I are foodies so we tend to be critical of restaurant food. We REALLY enjoyed everything we got here!!! A few people ordered the dry rub wings and they were tasty, the seafood mac was great according to the person who ordered it but some of us thought it needed just a tad more salt, otherwise, that was also delicious, the shrimp pork belly burger was tender and yummy, the seafood hotpot had broth with great flavor and the seafood options were muscles, clams, and shrimp with veggies, the edamame was tasty, the clam chowder needed a little more salt then it would have been perfect, a couple of people had happy hour oysters that were satisfying, and the fried tofu also seemed to be a hit. Also, the salmon spring rolls and seafood eggrolls were delicious!!! I may have missed a few dishes but just know that this place is a great contender and I hope to go back!!
