First time here and we’ll be back. We had takeout but I barely made it home because it smelled so good. The dishes looked great, were colorful and garnished nicely. The flavor was fantastic as were the portions. There are a few competing restaurants locally, however this is now my favorite in town.

Came here on a Thursday night with my family of four. The decor in the restaurant is super simple which could be the reason for the multiple take away orders throughout the meal that we saw. The food was delicious! I was super surprised that there is a good Mexican place in Hackettstown. The prices were so reasonable and the portions was massive. The tacos and tortillas were amazing! I would happily come back.

Food was delicious but the gorditas had barely any meat. Seemed underwhelming compared to all the photos you see online stuffed with chicharon. But, everything else was solid. I would not eat there again not because it was bad, but because it wasn’t memorable for any reason. Worth the money but for one time only.

I think that was some of the best guacamole I’ve ever had! Really enjoyed my meal of enchiladas and beans. So much food, I had to get a to-go box. Love the chalk-like drawings on the walls. Small, cozy and authentic. Will go again. I only wish I could’ve had a cold Corona with dinner.

Totally a hole in the wall type of place but weren’t the for the atmosphere, we were there for authentic tacos. They were reminiscent of tacos at taquerias in Mexico City. Prices were excellent. $9 for four tacos? Awesome. We will be back.

Fabulous authentic Mexican. We had Guacamole, Tacos Al Pastore and tacos bistec. The place is sparse and simple. But it serves to satisfy our taco cravings. While we were there there were a steady steam of people coming for take out dinners. Highly recommended.
