Been here twice and both times got the guy in the glasses and honestly he can’t even role up a burrito. Also put all the veggies on one side and all the meat on the other side. And apart from that the didn’t have any options as they where out of almost everything.

Came in today around 4 and found the atmosphere to be calm, relaxing and welcoming. Had a chat with two of the staff as they made my burrito (really prioritized getting my burrito right and neatly wrapped) The staff were very friendly such to the point that other customers even joined in to the conversation. Tara was working the register and provided a wonderful experience to all through engaging conversation while keeping the line moving. I didn’t get the name of the guy who made my burrito but he was an excellent employee who put maximum effort into helping get my order right and taken care of.

I would love it if this place were actually open for walk in orders. On at least four separate occasions in the 9 months I’ve lived here, I have tried to stop here on my way to work only to see a sign on the door saying they were only accepting online orders because of being short staffed. I then had to choose between arriving late to work or going hungry. Am I supposed to call ahead every time or will they eventually cater to walk-ins again? Perhaps they need to pay their staff better.

Hit or miss whether the food has flavor or they have their food stocked. Not sure if this is covids effect. Sometimes it’s great. I would definitely recommend getting it earlier in the day for better flavors and options.

The food was cold even the tortilla. They made the food in a rush when it was just me here. When they wrapped my tacos they smudged all my food onto the tinfoil and nothing was left on my tacos. I had to scrape my food off the tinfoil in order to eat my taco.

I just wanna say I ordered food and had it delivered and it took a while because I’m on the other side of town so I was expecting something less like it would be cold but nope this food was absolutely delicious so fresh and all the flavors are so good I hope those employees are treated like a god because I even tasted the love !
