i placed an online order and had my boyfriend go pick it up for me. when he went in, they asked for an order confirmation email. i sent it to him, no big deal, even though they’ve never asked for it before. then, my boyfriend asked for a water cup and the employee, who asked for the confirmation, got really snappy with him. he said to my boyfriend “are you sure you’re going to put water in this?” out of the blue. like huh? i don’t know what this guy’s problem was, but that is just condescending and plain rude. do not plan on visiting this location again.

I ordered online and I did not receive any extra lettuce, did not have any cheese it was supposed to tortilla strips but just looked like broken chips.i just tried to send a message on talk to us a page appeared saying it was to large to send. This was our very first time trying Qdoba I’m not impressed but very disappointed I like trying new foods.

OUTSTANDING Food & Customer Service!!! We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken bowl & chips and it was amazing! Very flavorful of course but the staff and their customer service is what put the icing on the cake! They were very friendly and they were generous with the chicken! Great job Qdoba!!! Good clean qdoba but sadly it doesn’t have the coke 360 machine anymore. And the tables were set up weird. But the employees made the food really well.

This used to be my favourite location but now I think I need to find another location or quick burrito place. There must be new management. When they said they switched their food vendor a couple months ago and from that point until now the volume of toppings you get in burritos are less.
