The woman who took my order was kind and pleasant. However, I ordered a small curry chicken. This is not curry Good enough, but its definitely not curry chicken.

It’s a shame. It was my daughter’s birthday. I didn’t want to go to a fancy restaurant. Chose the closest Jamaican restaurant. Food was trash. Asked for no cabbage and basically got cabbage and goat with little to no rice. And the oxtail was two big bones. I would feed this to my dog. I will never eat from here again. I tried calling the store and never once got an answer which is why I left this review. SAD

Maaan, this food is so good! Best brown stew chicken I’ve had so far in the dmv. Even the white rice was delicious. The beef patty was a meal of its own. All i needed was two more. The crust was so flaky and delicious. I’ve found my go to.

The jerk chicken is just right. It’s actually one of the best in the area. The curry isn’t the best (comparing it to authentic curry) but it’s tasty. The rice and peas, if fresh, is delicious. I can taste the coconut. 🙂 Although they don’t take orders over the phone (rightfully so for the folks who like to place orders and don’t show up), it’s not a long wait time. It would be ideal to have a smaller portion option (lunch and dinner).

The service was complete trash , I wouldn’t recommend. They are rude and tried to over charge me on my order . ONLY THING GOOD IS THE FOOD But still not worth me going back

If your feeling for some jerk chicken on the Sauce side this is the spot. The rice and peas is cooked to perfection. Feeling like Granny, Mommy and Aunty cooked it. The chicken soup is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. It has everything you need to get your strength up like a (BULL). I’m Sad to say, you should stay far from the curry goat. Its not up par. Money wasted on just bone little meat and fat. It only has goat and curry nothing else. Not a good cut of goat meat. The oxtail is a must peek picture.

The the food was delicious. The only Jamaica place I will eat at. They cabbage was tender not crunchy, the rice was good, I usually don’t eat rice from these places. Will be back, when I can, since it’s outta my way.

at first was a tad caught off guard with the price… however, i will gladly pay that price again. i haven’t had such scrumptious & beyond perfectly seasoned brown stew chicken since my crossroad and sweet mango days. everywhere i’ve tried thus in the dmv brag about their long running water tasting brown stew chicken – aaahhh stop it. by the by, the staff i encountered was absolutely pleasant and attentive.

A true hidden gem, tucked away among the warehouses of a local industrial area. The food was simply delicious! Generous portions too – a “combo” includes two meats, rice & peas, and steamed veggies. I had the oxtail and curry goat; both fantastic. Value for money, and friendly service too. I’ll definitely go there again.
