Was excited to try this place out as I love the fast casual restaurant concept (Bibibop, Chipotle, Five Guys, etc.). This one is Mediterranean focused and has 4.8 stars right now on Google so I had high expectations, but I didn’t feel it met them. Don’t get me wrong, the food was mostly tasty and the employees were friendly and helpful, but the meat in my bowl was dry and overcooked, the rice was average, and the inside of the restaurant was disappointing (if you want to dine it, there is only 1 bar with a few stools to eat at). But there were parts of my bowl that were delicious like the pickled turnips and spicy tahini sauce and they had some tasty drink options too. Overall a solid 4-star experience.

The food was great and the staff is very helpful! I got a bowl and it was more than enough food for the price and it didn’t leave you hungry. There is a set of four bar stools for seating but most people take out. I will definitely be back.

Tried fusion Mediterranean grill for the first time last night. Staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the ordering process. I got a chicken bowl and hummus and rice base, piled with veggies and this delicious fusion salad. Cashier recommended a tahini sauce along with my fusion specialty dressing which I’m glad she did. Will definitely be back!

The place was clean, staff was friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. My only complaint is the price. I was overcharged due to their new system not being set up right. But the problem was fixed and they even offered my next meal free to compensate. I appreciate their honesty and effort to make my experience better. I will definitely be back. Give them a try.

Just wow. There is a lot of love in this place. Everything is so fresh. As you walk in, the smells hit you and it’s delicious. The falafel is to die for (and I’m not a huge falafel person) and the fresh chips!! I dream of those chips and hummus. I am so glad fusion is here

I definitely will be adding this to my rotation as a healthy-ish quick lunch. The hummus is good and the white rice. Don’t get brown rice unless you like quinoa. The chicken is good and I’ll be trying the steak and falafel in the near future. Skip the baklava unless you’re really dying for something sweet. There is also limited seating to dine in.
