I walked in and the store on May 17 at about 2:00 PM. The store was empty… I was the only customer. There were 3 visible employees all tending to their current tasks. They all saw me but nobody made an effort to welcome me or ask how they could help. After about 5 minutes I finally asked someone what was required to place an order. The employee that answered me firmly told me to wait. I ordered the Chicken Pesto bowl and it was prepared much differently than I recall getting from the King of Prussia mall store. The amount of chicken in the bowl was skimpy at best. In fact, the employees making the salad had to scrape the bottom of the chicken pan to get the last piece of chicken. Goodness knows what else had found its way into that pan before I arrived! A customer should never be given to scrapings of the pan under any circumstances. Also, the person making the bowl never asked if I wanted the dressing tossed into the bowl and took it upon herself to do that. I was going to lodge a complaint in store but there was no manager in sight and I was on a tight schedule. Fortunately I am moving away from the 2 locations near my home and won’t have to deal with this in the future I think the founders should spend more time focusing on quality of service than trying to impress Wall Street on CNBC.

Great service and it was really clean inside. Love the outside seating area. The hot honey chicken was delicious. The staff checked if I was okay with nuts before they put the almonds on my meal, I thought that was awesome for them to be so aware of nut allergies.

I LOVE Sweetgreen but this location just keeps getting worse and worse. The last few times I’ve come there have been issues. This time my order was ridiculously late. I reported it on the app and got $3 in credit. Last time my chicken kale Caesar had no chicken. It’s horrible and the app does not help fully resolve issues.

I have been to this place 3 times in my life. The first time, probably a couple of years ago, everything was good. Food and service. The last two times I’ve been there, including today, the servers had a bad attitude, like they hated their job and didn’t care how they came off to the customers. And the portions are noticeably smaller. No way am I going there again.

My salad had what is either a rock or a hard piece of plastic in it. I almost cracked my tooth on it, thankfully there was a piece of mushroom that reduced the blunt impact my tooth made against it. This is a food safety issue. Proceed with caution! Picture incised that shows the contaminant on my finger.

Way too heavy handed with the dressing bottles. I asked for medium and my salad was swimming in dressing basically ruining the whole thing. I’ve ordered medium dressing at other sweetgreen locations and never had this problem, just at this one. Beware.

The super green salad here is SOOO addicting! I’m nearly vegan and usually never order salads because…..boring. went here with a coworker though and couldn’t stop eating it! Added tofu for some extra protein. Such a yummy healthy lunch option. Very generous portions too.

They were good when they started but their proportion are shrinking by the minute. AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want to do is stuff your salad with greens and are super stingy on the veggies and quinoa. The guy I had today was the worst of the worst. When I asked him to give me a full spoon he told me that “it would be extra”. All the do is barely level the spoon and then not empty it and leave some behind in it. What a scam! Do not recommend. Better off driving to the mall at KOP where the proportions are double of this place. I have gone to multiple sweet greens, DC, NYC and KOP mall and this by faaar the worst.

Great experience! The staff here are so friendly and attentive. I didn’t even realize what I was missing until I came to this sweet green location. The person helping me had a smile on their face and actually greeted me. I felt special and appreciated. They took the time to plate my food in an attractive way. In other words, they actually placed each ingredient on my plate instead of quickly launching it in the bowl and shoving me along to the next staff member. A different staff member came by and chimed in to make me even feel more part of the Wayne sweetgreen family. Also, my salad bowl is amazing I will definitely be back!
