Little Cafe across from Waldo flea market. The place was busy when we arrived close to 11am. We were able to sit right down. Greeted right away. Got our drinks and food order taken. The food did take a little while to come, but it was expected with how busy they were. It was a kind of warm inside. We were sitting right beside the door that kept open and closing. It was good to see they had customers coming and going. Our food came; it was good-sized portions ,looked appealing, and even better, it tasted great. The prices aren’t that steep either, which is nice. Overall, I will definitely eat here again. Really good food will always bring me back.

The outside does not look like it is open, but I ventured inside for a wonderful lunch. I ordered the Ruben and fries, and it was delicious! I enjoyed the small town feel of the place, and the as I said, the food was great! If I find myself in that area of Florida again and need a meal, I will be back!

Over all I was pretty impressed. The waitress wasn’t very friendly. Our food came out pretty quick and I was very impressed with the portion, the chicken was huge and juicy. The onion rings weren’t good, they had no flavor and were really soggy. The French fries were crispy, but also had no flavor. All the fries and onion rings need is a generous shake of seasonal salt. The homemade ranch is AMAZING. We will definitely be back!

OMG!!! Best burger I’ve had in a long time!!! Bacon cheese burger that was delicious! And the onion rings….. love at first bite!!! I have always wanted to try this place out and never made it until this trip. I’m so glad we stopped! Great little place!

UPDATE: As of 2023, I no longer frequent this establishment. I went at least once a week for a few years but they got rid of the cook who could actually cook and I haven’t really been back. It’s not near as good as it used to be.

We arrived at the Cafe a few mins after opening and looked to be the first customers of the day. We were greeted immediately and placed our orders. The food came out quickly and was delicious. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and I had the western omelette. Prices are very good, with tip, we paid $17. The only negative was the bathrooms. Even at 7am, they needed much attention. We would return if in the area.

We stopped by for lunch on the way to Jax on a Sunday. Was exactly what we expected. If you expected differently that’s on you! Less than 20 bucks for 2 meals. Wasn’t busy at the time so the wait wasn’t very long for food or service. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Will come back again! The Boom Boom sauce is amazing! Try it on the onion rings!
