I gave it a 3 out of 5 because although the food is great, you get a good quantity, the service and hospitality are great, the hours of operation are extremely inconsistent as well as the procedure to take order sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don’t, sometimes orders are done over the phone, sometimes only in person with limited items available. I understand being a small business and having a family etc. the one suggestion I’d make is being clear and upfront about the hours and ways of ordering etc. even if it’s just posted on any platform.

Figured I would stop by in person and put in an order. I come around Holyoke and Springfield all the time for food. Im asian but can speak spanish. I’ll hear a few people make unnecessary comments, all good. But when it’s the man and women behind the counter. He wouldn’t allow me to customize the order. I said I’ll pay extra. He said okay. To add pinchos to a 30 dollar box and remove the fries, I was told $6 dollars a pincho. The lady behind the counter chuckled at the man and said $6 dollars? Really? I walked out. Good food. Bad treatment of customers. Better order by phone.

Puerto Rican munchies at it’s best!!! 1st time eating here, my family and I enjoyed it! Had the $40 box with chicharrones de pollo, carne frita, tostones, papas fritas loaded, amarillos and mozzarella sticks!!! Enough for 4 people, maybe 5! Everything was delicious!!! Lots of flavor! Will definetly be going back and I will spread the word!!!

I wish I could give this restaurant a 0. Drove 45 mins to try this restaurant told them I wasn’t from over there and all they told me was sorry were not excepting no orders come back in an hour. Their customers service is trash and will never return .
