I ordered a simple quesadilla (ground beef w/ jalapeños) which is what I received. However, it was a tortilla with meat, cheese and jalapeños uncooked?! Like, literally was as if someone took a tortilla, threw meat, cheese and jalapeños on it, and then served it without cooking it. Maybe I am incorrect about what/how a quesadilla is supposed to be served but this I’ve never encountered anywhere else. I originally tried to order pupusa’s, which they advertise having but yet once again (I’ve asked through numerous orders at different locations) do not serve?! I gave 2 stars only because the ingredients were correct (with the exception of I asked for red & green sauce only receiving green) and the individual taking my order was polite but unfortunately there has to be a way to do better. Cold, uncooked food, thrown together and served, without sauces offered & requested isn’t it.

I received my food last night and it was already too late to go back in and tell them that I seen two long brown hair in my food. My hair isn’t even brown let alone long and straight. I’m very disappointed and this is unsanitary. I will be going there today to show them. I had to throw my food out for that matter and didn’t even eat it. So I payed for nothing.

Go several times a week, typically around midnight or later, always welcomed and helped very nicely. Food is always amazing, amazing treat after a hard workout. Easily my favorite restaurant. Two beef burritos with rice and beans, and a horchata, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. I love this place with all my heart.

First time here, I thought it was Albertos like in California but it’s different. I tried their carne asada burrito and it was a little smaller size compared to California, meat was different but not going to order it again and I’m going to try different dishes that they have before I decide if is good or not.
