The morning workers are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with while the dinner workers are always incredibly kind and treat you right. Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. This is the closest location to us, which is definitely important when you live rural, but we drive the extra 15 minutes to the Chatham location due to the complete incompetence of the staff at Gretna. We gave them so many chances. They’ve never once gotten our order right, the burgers always taste old & dry, fries are always undercooked. The last time we went & decided we were never going back, the Manager herself came out to our car with our order, we told her we were missing a drink & fries, she came back with the wrong size drink, still no fries, zero apology & a huge attitude, so we just left & haven’t been back since. Soooo many chances & they never once got anything right.
