I went here a few weeks ago and there was an extremely rude older woman with a V name (I believe it was Valerie) who was being extremely rude to my party of people and to any other customers who came in. A man came in asking for an order he was delivering through a delivery app and she gave him attitude and told him to wait. She yelled at me and the group of people I was with because we didn’t know which counter we were supposed to wait behind. Other than that the rest of the staff was extremely sweet and accommodating and there was no problems with the food.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, yesterday they were only accepting mobile orders all day and today I guess they decided to close an hour early as I arrived at 1:55pm (says they close at 3pm) and the door was locked and about 3 employees just stared at me thru the door from the counter.

I feel bad for the kids working at this Dunkin. They obviously haven’t been trained, and it is a busy location near the beach. We got 3 coffees, and they were all wrong. He didn’t write the orders on the cups, and didn’t have the machine that printed the ingredients for the cups. We came back and asked that they be remade. Poor kid couldn’t spell, either. Toated alomed. I wish them luck.

Horrible service. Just went to get a chai latte and when i brought it back because all it tasted like was water.(ive had them many times before) The guy working told me “yea its made with water” and when i said there should be milk in it his response was “my manager never told me to make it with milk just water” Not at all helpful or pleasant. I would not reccommend and i frequent dunkin donuts.
