Cute diner with classic and unique breakfast options and excellent service. The portions were good for the price, and the food quality was decent. Not a lot of staff when we went, but the head waitress was very nice and informative. We ordered blueberry pancakes and a Monte Cristo sandwich for a late lunch. The sandwich was a bit underwhelming but the other dishes were great. Definitely should’ve tried other options, but overall a good experience. All indoor seating and very laid back environment. Overall a good experience, if you’re just looking for a good spot to get some classic diner food and nothing more.

We decided to try the diner when the truck we were looking for is in another town and we’re very glad. The waitress, Klym, was awesome and a lot of fun. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted to try so she said she would “surprise us” and, again, we are glad we let her. It was a great meal and will definitely go back.

The food was excellent. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere in the diner was amazing. Definitely getting pinned for another visit when I’m close to Monroe. I can’t wait to try something else on their menu!

How have I lived in Monroe for 6 yrs and not been here sooner. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. The name lives up to it’s meaning, truly a fusion diner of Mexican-American. The portions are huge and can easily be “shared” if that’s your thing. I will be returning…soon.

Walking inside is very clean and modern we got seated right away by a very friendly and charismatic man! The atmosphere was calm and quiet for Saturday. The cinnamon roll french toast was an amazing discovery for my tastes buds! The home style potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside with fresh grilled onions and green bell peppers. Side of crispy bacon. My eggs were cooked perfectly. I am definitely going out of my way to eat here again. Thank you for great customer service and fresh cafe food! Best cafe in Snohomish County I believe!

We love this place. Such a great hidden gem. The servers are always super friendly and take excellent care of us. The food is delicious and consistent, whether your palate tends more towards north or south of the border. PS, you have to try the cinnamon roll French toast. And they make you feel like family. Can’t say enough about Highway 2 Fusion. It’s a local favorite for a reason. You should definitely check it out.

Had an hour to kill so decided to pay a visit since a lot of reviews mentioned a great breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, after I sat down to look over the menu, I realized that for God knows what pea-brained reason, they only serve burritos on weekdays. I settled on the Machaca, as the description made it sound like a flavor packed new dish I’d never heard of.

You will not be disappointed! If there is a line, be patient…it’s a popular place for a REASON! We have tried most of the items on the menu and have NEVER been disappointed…for whatever reason, the fries are tremendously tasty in my opinion. My “go to” meals have been the Torta, the Reuben, the Mushroom Swiss Burger (though I’ve tried them all) and the Club sandwich. As I said though, EVERY item is good, believe me!!!
