Only reason for the missing star is because they were out of a few items that was on the menu. They was out of baked potatoes and also couldn’t order fried pickles for appetizer which is still on the list. But other than that the food and everything was top notch. Great smoked favor on the meat. The kids loves the atmosphere. Including the milking bbq bottles. The place was very clean and decor was neat. We enjoyed ourselves.

5 stars with room to spare! The restaurant has a very nice appearance inside and out. I loved that they had old Westerns showing on screens around the room. I always get fried okra when it’s on the menu; the fried okra here was the best I’ve ever had. Bonus points from this Texas Aggie for a picture of OSU @ A&M hanging in the hallway. Can’t wait to go back.

I ordered chopped brisket. Out of my third pound only 2 oz was meat without gristle or fat. I should have ordered sliced. The Cole slaw was lacking more dressing. For the price I was expecting a better lunch honestly I will give them another try that’s only fair. The girl who helped me was Awesome

Food was good. Nothing that really stood out. The fries are made there it seems. Could use some more washing to release the starch. They turn dark quickly after cooking if not. Served in a timely manner. I will try other places before this one again. It’s self serv so if you want drinks refilled or the table cleared its up to you.

Well, when i walked in i was incredibly impressed with the atmosphere, Lonesome Dove playing to start i knew anyone who played that movie was not going to let me down for lunch. The whiskey selection is impressive to say the least. I read the review while I waited for my food and was worried. But, have to say the ok twister with burnt ends was very good. Okra was spot on. I will be back.

It just wasn’t quite as good as before. The brisket was chewy. The baked potato was gluey–they did replace it with very good home made fries. But the hot links and tri tip were good. My son had fish tacos which he liked. Milking the BBQ sauce never gets old. The servers were very friendly.

We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it had a good flavor but every bite we took we had to spit out either grissle or fat. I know it’s summer but the flies were really bad. We really liked the westerns on all the tvs and the big bear by the door. The waitresses were very friendly.

It’s definitely not the Bad Brads we have loved in the past. Even though it was not busy, our food took a long time getting to the table. It was cold and my ribs were tough and not the fall off the ribs meat I got a couple of years ago. Also, it was more expensive. No service at the table anymore either. We won’t be back. It was very disappointing.
