Ordered two burgers. The SWAG was inedible tasting like a pepper sandwich with nothing else on it. The CEO was dry and taste like my child made me a sandwich. ♀️ Live less than 10 minutes away and had to put the soggy fries and onion rings in the air fryer. Eaten here many times before and never had an issue. After today I doubt we will be back. Worst $30 spent. So disappointed.

We just wanted to RAVE about the amazing experience we had last week at BurgerFi West Boynton. We usually eat there every Thursday with the frailly; last Thursday we decided to have a last minute, impromptu surprise birthday for our daughter who was turning 7. I reached out super last minute to the manager Mike the night before and he helped us execute an amazing surprise birthday dinner. He made sure we had enough seats for all 35 of us and Mike and his team did an amazing job working with all the different families. He provided coloring sheets to keep the kid’s entertained and helped us store the cake. All of our friends and family loved the food and service and thought the “BurgerFi” birthday party was such a great idea. A big thank you to Mike and his team for making our daughter’s 7th birthday so memorable and fun!

We have not eaten Burger Fi in a while and said I couldn’t wait to eat it and stopped in tonight. I suppose times have changed because it was a joke now. Fries were raw and the burger was a joke. They don’t even wrap them like they used to and the foil they now use wasn’t even wrapped around the complete burger. The bun was soak and wet too. Just horrible now. Got my fix and learned a hard lesson. Used to be a good fast casual burger and now it’s laughable.

Poor customer service experience. Walked in and it wasn’t busy at all. Employees were talking with each other and never acknowledged me while I stood at the counter. Then the cashier stopped talking and just looked at me. I took this as a queue to start my order and did lol. Then I waited about 15 mins for my food while employees were just talking and still felt invisible. Finally one of them noticed me waiting and started asking other employees about my order and they started to put it together. I asked to simply add cheese to my Sandwhich and of course that didn’t happen. Didn’t bother going back and won’t ever again with service like that.
