Got a 16 piece meal for an event. I tried to order extra crispy chicken… somehow they were out of that. Inside the bucket was NOTHING but drumsticks (I didn’t specifically order drums) and the chicken was undercooked, gummy, and the taste was so unsettling as if they haven’t changed their fry oil in weeks. It was disgusting. The sides were not any better either. The potatoes were gritty and the gravy I ordered was not in the bag, the mac and cheese was cold and also gummy, the biscuits were stale, and the coleslaw had a very funky taste like if it was expired. Don’t go here, just take the extra drive and go to the one in Hershey.

Not sure what happened to the chicken tenders but what I got were worse than grocery store regular tenders. Hard meat, breading tasteless and falling off. Didn’t even finish them. Sides were good and normal. It’s like they ran out of tenders and instead of saying sorry we’re out bought tenders at the grocery store and resold them… Not sure what else to say but they do not serve normal KFC tenders that I have ever had before. Was hoping this would be good since it just opened but I see no reason to go back

I ordered a 5pc chicken tender box. Asked for Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes as well as ranch and honey mustard for the sauce. I only received mashed potatoes with the chicken. Only got honey mustard. AND to top it all off, I had to tell them that they still didn’t give me my change back… Not a fan.

I should have known better, ordered online and arrived a little early, the place was empty. You would think a new store would be busy, the table a sat at to wait was sticky received my order went home and got sick after eating the chicken, looked under cooked and was bland tasting. What a waste of money.
