Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but unfortunately, this time around was a bit of a disappointing experience. This chipotle restaurant is located in the Woodbury Outlets Food Court. We’ve eaten here numerous times before but this was the first time that we’ve had bad stomach aches afterwards.

I don’t understand why this location consistently closes early. As a local who wants chipotle once in a blue moon and is willing to endure tourist hell, it’s extremely inconvenient for the only location in a decent radius to choose their own hours ♀️ do better PLEASE.

I use to work there. They are the worse. Managers sit in the back talking while the workers are struggling with a busy crowd. One person cooking everything and backing up the line with food. They don’t know how to micromanage. They play inappropriate and offensive music like if they are at a house party. Just overall very bad management and very unprofessional. I don’t advice my worse enemy to ever work there.

Don’t expect much especially in such a busy outlet setting, but they didn’t have fajita vegetables at 1pm, come on?! Half of the soda fountain options were not available, just a complete wreck but maybe they were just having an off day so I’ll be generous at two stars! I love chipotle but this specific location is absolute trash and honestly eating here might taint your tastebuds for chipotle so it’s best to avoid this one and grab another option in the food court!

The food is healthy and nice, but there’s one irritating behaviour among team members at the shop. There’s only one tanned lady doing the job while the rest were giggling. She need to serve the food, she need to refill the empty food, running around the shop.. I dont know why noone who are free did not help her. There was super long queue but other staffs rather than her have any sense of customer centricity and help their colleague!!!! Selfish!!

Line is always long. Food is typical and the portion is smaller than usual. A bit rude. Everything else is the same. No comp/discount for Law enforcement or military being in uniform like many other would.
