Failed to correct my order that they messed up on. I just wanted to get what I ordered and paid for. They had to talk to manager that didn’t get back to them so they did nothing they didn’t even call me back I had to call them back and they said I could come and get the topping they forgot after we had finished dinner of the other pizza. Saying “sorry” isn’t enough. $46 worth of pizza that we got half is bad business. We are local and repeat customer for years. “Bad business”!!!

Great pizza! Takes a little longer to get pizza when you just walk in but I always preorder my pizzas. I’m not a fan of the fact that they don’t have all toppings available online, I have to call in my order just to be able to add jalapeños.

Go to Abbys they respect there customers. This Papa Murphys is a joke they screw up toppings and won’t fix it because they said there manager wasn’t there so if I was the owner I would be looking to fire these unless employees and managers

Because the food is so great I’m giving the 3 stars but I’m pretty upset that I didn’t get to use my rewards (expires today) for the free 5 cheese bread. I bought an extra since one was going to be free. But Jennifer at the window said she didn’t know how to reverse what she already rang up. I called earlier to make sure I would be able to use my reward since the credit card part of online ordering wasn’t working. Part of customer service would be to find out how to put the rewards in, even if you have to reverse what you’ve just done. There was NO ONE behind me waiting so Jennifer…in my mind had the time. It’s not the money I’m upset about. The point is this company issues out these rewards and the due date is today, so I am using it. Please let your window people know to ask if rewards would like to be used before ringing everything up. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way in this kind of business!!!!!!!

I understand being busy and having to train someone while busy is trying, however, I don’t feel an hour and a half is an appropriate wait time for take and bake pizza. Especially when we were told our ticket was put to the front when we arrived and it was another 40 minutes before we received our order.

Tried to order online, website kept crashing. placed many calls to order starting around 2pm, at first there was multiple rings, but then it was obvious they were ignoring/denying the calls because it would only time 3 or 4 times before disconnecting the line. I finally drove to the store around 3:30, and was told that they were not taking any new orders for at least 15-30 minutes. Then the employee decided to refer my boyfriend and I to their job applications for faster service, and though it was said in a play like manner, I was obviously in my work uniform and wasn’t there seeking employment. I understand being short staffed and the lack of willing people to work. I also respect the few who do work each day during these hard times, but I just had a very poor experiences recently with this Papa Murphy’s due to the obviously overworked staff and do not recommend relying on this store at this time for a last minute dinner option.
