Just completed in order through the drive-thru. I told the cashier I thought I was missing something from my order and I handed her the bag back so she could check and she proceeded to be extremely rude, tossed my bag back to me and slammed the window and proceeded to start laughing. This location is nothing but a complete joke. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had bad service as multiple times an employee made snide comments about Christians and Christianity. It’s sad when you want to support a local business but their employees are awful and the owners do not care

Every single time I come here, my order is wrong and get treated as if it is my fault that substitutions aren’t offered or discounted. If you ask for corporate or someone other than the rude store manager, you get told the owners never around, and good luck getting any information to talk to them. Terrible staff. Subpar food. Very poor management. I can’t wait for automated stores to take over like in Texas.

They are HORRIBLE! Messed up my order by not adding not one but all 4 of my hash brown order! I paid cash and they wanted me to come back to get them! I told him at this point it want make sense! My kids were hungry and I won’t make it back out! I have to work! I’ll just need to get my refund back for the hash brown! They told me they will need the entire order back before they could give refund! That’s crazy! Because last time I check you once food leaves restaurant for health reasons they are not supposed to accept it back! This is the second time this has happened!!! I’ll be calling corporate and I’ll be calling and reporting them to the health/food service department!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE‼️ I SHOULD get what I paid for or get my refund for what I didn’t receive!!!

Extremely clean store. What is exceptionally friendly my drinks were perfect. I was there on a business meeting. They had a conference style tables Swiss about 10 plugins for laptop or phone charging. Very inviting settings. I will definitely be back to this location for any and all of my future small group meetings

Staff was great. They have the Beyond Meat sausage. I got the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich no egg or cheese, hash browns, and coffee with almond milk. The English muffin is more like a skinny biscuit. I like it. The Beyond Meat sausage was thick and tasted great. I got breakfast for tomorrow, cinnamon raisin and everything bagels. The only negative thing is the card reader did not allow me to leave a tip. I didn’t have ones or a five on me. I had to go get a twenty broke at the Racetrac next door and come back to leave a tip. I firmly believe I would burst in a ball of flames if I stiffed hard working people a tip. Just asking Dunkin Donuts to fix that.

I asked for my bagel crispy, and it came out with just the edges slightly blackened, PERFECTLY the way I like! Everything was fresh, my coffee was even a new pot! And yet, despite it being a breakfast rush, I was ready in under 3 minutes! By far, my favorite store to run to to keep me runnin’.
