Best chipotle I ever been to in California. In & out real quick, serving yummy food. Lots of free parking and indoor/outdoor seating available. Highly recommend this spot for late night cravings or quick lunches.

Visited this place first time and definitely the last time. Kids Quesadilla was burnt out and Queso quantity was half. Staff was very very rude and even the manager was irrelevant. They even did not put the chips in my order for which I paid. No apologies wheni went back in to ask.

This store is near to my home, so I ordered on line all the time. A few times, I walk in ordered, too. Not until, I went to other two stores in Fremont City that I found out that the Osgood store always short serve food for me. I mean other stores gave me the full spoon serving, this store only gave half spoon serving to me.

I’ve been to countless chipotles and this one is by far the worst ever. The portions are absolutely tiny compared to others, they somehow charge more than others when you order the exact same thing. Normally a chipotle bowl is more than enough to fill me up, but the ones over here will leave you hungry. Workers are rude and racist. Please instead go to the one at Pacific Commons, better workers and the portion there feels nearly double the ones of here. I’ve eaten my fair share of fast food and never write reviews, but jesus christ this place I can confidently say without a doubt is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I also saw a guy in front of me clearly order chicken, yet they ended up charging him for steak price. Save your money, don’t go here, the walmart across the parking lots instant noodles would even be better.

Take a look at the pictures. These bowls were feathers. Normally I can barely finish a bowl without adding “extra” anything. Today I am going hungry. I used to work at chipotle myself so I know about portioning sizes. Manager said she couldn’t do anything since I ordered through a third party… maybe adjust portion sizes in the future according to guidelines? Disappointing experience

the amount of food has decreased from the time it was opened. you have to pay attention or the employees would skip an ingredient despite you asking for it. Today was the last time. I am not going back. The brown rice is white rice with some kind of brown powder to make it look brown. It is not brown rice. Brown rice is more expensive than white thus they add this powder.

First time here, will be the last time. Having Chipotle in many locations in Bay Area. This is the poorest and worst one. Super low limit quantity, there is something in the lettuce what is not belong, avocado is not fresh, and no customer service from the manager to the stuff.

On 02/13/23 time around 6:20 pm to 6:25 pm I went inside for bowl and lady who working at front that time she serving another person before me and made transaction with that person she touched everything at counter and without changing gloves she came back. And she me asked me then I told her I would like to have bowl and when I asked her for little more rice she said we will charge you for EXTRA MONEY and it’s been long time I’m eating chipotle and never happened with me when asked them for little rice.but here she said me for extra money and she was very rude and unhygienic very poor experience not even one star. Good luck to future customers.
