The chicken avocado chopped salad that’s served in a large taco shell bowl has always been my favorite and it didn’t disappoint. The avocado ranch dressing was perfect and the lettuce fresh. Chicken also had a very good flavor.

Very good food. Just the service is really bad. People is not rude but when you ask for something like an extra plate or sauce. You can be there just standing, and nobody will aproach to ask “what do I need”, and when I finally ask for help, They look at you like they are upset and don’t want to do it.

I love pollo loco , and it’s food however this hasn’t been the fist time I have a unpleasant visit drive thru girl was extremely rude & when I asked to speak to a a manger she smirked and called her over fearless as if it has not been the first time and for obvious reasons she’s still there. Her name is Sofia as said by the manager I spoke to. I understand people are tired or possibly not having a good day but if that’s the case stay home or look for something else that fits their lifestyle of work. Oh and i wasn’t given my receipt she slammed the window in my face and did not apologize HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My first visit here when they first opened I recall was not a pleasant one but I decided to give them another try. They certainly don’t have the customer in mind. I asked for a cup of water and they told me they could not give me one per manager directions. Since Covid I lost taste for soft drinks and aside from that I now stay away from sugary drinks. I will NEVER come back to this Pollo Loco location

The management at this place needs some training. Every time you ask for a condiment, they sigh as if you are bothering them. I now drive farther to a different Pollo Loco and avoid this one. They actually served me dried out chicken and did not like it when I brought it back to them. They don’t like to give you Pico de gallon salsa; they just give you that nasty tomato mush, and when you ask, they make a face.

I got really bad food poisoning from this place and was sick for a few days. I think the chicken may have been slightly undercooked from the nachos I ordered from there. I experienced symptoms only a couple of hours after them. Just exercise caution when getting food from here.
