This place seems very hostile towards their customers! There are no napkins on the table, yet an unprofessional message on empty napkin holders, telling you to only take what you need. There is unprofessional scribble on the restroom door as well, complete with a lock. There is no AC or fans, no matter how hot it is. If you want a refill on your drink, they need to further profit from you. One dares not even think of asking for ranch, who knows how much money they would require in addition. This place wants your money, and for you to leave immediately with your food. They shouldn’t do business in an area where they feel disgusted by their own customers.

Food was good but menu getting expensive. They have a mistake on their menu and when I didn’t receive one of the items they charged me for it and when I pointed it out to them so it’s not supposed to be that way and they still charged me $3 for some toast that should have been included anyway because the menu is printed wrong.

Picked up some to go items. Asked this older lady for some more napkins. She frowned upon the request at first, then lifted one, handed to me, like a ton of bricks. With this kind of customer care, not sure it’s Stone Age, foreign, petty or all of them, wonder anyone would revisit, ever again!

Whenever we are in town from the Bay Area we try and stop in. I just love the teriyaki chicken bowl. We had breakfast one visit, really good. Friendly atmosphere, fast service.
