Stopped in at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Door was locked. Three employees inside wandering around saying they were closed. I don’t know how you run a business if you close a half hour early… Very unprofessional, but this is typical of Harold’s chicken in general

I ordered the catfish dinner, that’s one peace of catfish and in the large dinner you get 3 of them no way your going hungry with this dinner. With that said I ask for the mild hot sauce and I think it was catchup,so that’s why only 4star whatever that was it wasn’t hot sauce from where I come from. But still good food.

Normally I do not have any issues placing orders over the phone, but today the young that answered the phone today around 4:30 for Trish did not follow or notate the information I provided about how I wanted my order. I honestly repeated myself 4 to 5 times requesting that my 1/2 white to be smothered with ketchup & hot sauce and for the 6 wing to be smothered in mild sauce. Neither of the two barley had any sauce on it and the 1/2 white had ketchup only. Other than the food being cooked fresh as always I am not satisfied with my order. I could’ve cooked plain chicken from home.

Ordered 4 wings well done when I got my food it wasnt well done at all, it was drowned in mild sauce & I got 3 1/2 wings.. I’ll make the xtra 15 min drive to the one in hazel crest.
