Horrible this morning. We ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and a couple of biscuits and hash browns. No butter was offered or given. I got in line and asked for butter and honey for the biscuits. I was handed butter, no honey or knife. He went to help someone else in line without talking to me. I got in line again and waited. Finally I just said screw it.

Eat there a couple times a week and usually don’t have a problem. However i tried ordering the cheesy jalapeno qpc and the made me pull forward to the 3rd window and tried to rush me away after practically throwing the bag at me and closing the window and now i know why. They gave me the complete wrong item and i know it wasn’t an accident cause the rest of the order was accurate. If you don’t have your limited time item just tell me don’t throw something else in my bag and hope i drive off without looking.

Literally never get my order right. I asked for a total she told me to pull ahead. I asked again because I’d like yo have my payment ready. Was not offered a receipt. I called and complained who wants to bring kids back the wrong meals. They said i didn’t have my receipt so I couldn’t get a refund. I don’t know why I keep trying. It’s in a small city with no other options. But please have your employees pay attention. Now I’m stuck with $30 worth of food no one will eat.

Over 15 times this year I have gone to this brand new location and their coffee machine couldn’t make macchiatos. It’s always down. Is this because they don’t want to clean it? I’ve stopped going. They lost a good customer. I go to Dunkin’s now. You can always count on their coffee machines to work!

Drive thru was bad wasn’t listen to me I had to say it four times i told three toys kids toys multiple times and so did my mom and then had two different people try to take care order then when we already ordering then we get are stuff then there was only one toy then I went inside to tell them they kept telling me I said under three toy I didn’t they were not going to help I had three kids crying I was not going to deal all that I work at McDonald’s for six years and I know and this is wrost McDonald’s I ever been at need to be retrain people have them listen better to there customers not argue back never going back there again I told my alot people they had problems with the McDonald’s and messing up food over over again so need work McDonald’s
