Absolutely horrible. Seriously. Customers and staff arguing. Grabbed two slices of pizza, paid for them and then saw the tag saying “enjoy by 6pm” when it’s actually 8 pm. Several hours old pizza that is rock hard. I know it’s Moberly MO but gosh do better. Will never be back.

Horrible customer service, lazy and rude employees. Anytime you order pizza or any food for that manner they give you a time it should be done and you always have to wait an additional 30 plus more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. No longer will we go to this caseys in moberly.

Apparently this store is managed by children or people who could care less about customers. I chose to order pizza to have delivered tonight. I ordered at 449 and 527 was the estimated delivery time. At 555 I called to ask when I would be getting my delivery. A Michelle advised any minute. Driver was out with 5 stops to make. About 625 I called again. I was told they were not delivering. I said I ordered 2 hours ago and have email confirmation that my order was accepted, paid, and to be delivered. I also stated I was told about 30 minutes ago my order was in process of being delivered. It was then they saw my pizza was still sitting there. They offered no explanation but did say I could come in and get coupon for a free pizza next time! Nothing about remaking my order and getting it out. No I’m sorry. I told them to refund my money and if I could drive in for a coupon I would have driven in to pick up my order, which by the way was not offered. I will never, ever venture to stop at a Casey’s again after this fiasco. I will advise everyone I know to stop doing business with caseys. I will be checking to make sure I was charged for nothing and if I am charged I will certainly make an appearance in that store. This absolutely ruined evening plans and not once did I get an apology nor good explanation. What a joke of a business

I would not recommend delivery. When we ordered our pizza it said it would be delivered at 5:30. At 6:20 we got a call from Casey’s asking if we still wanted our food. We said yes, we’ve been waiting forever. Then we asked how much longer and they said they don’t know. We would cancel our order but not sure if they would properly refund our card over the phone. If it doesn’t come soon, I will be forced to drive to Casey’s for a refund. So much for ordering delivery.

Ordered a pizza online, waited an hour and heard nothing. I Decided to call store and verify order, they verified they got the order and then proceded to tell me they haven’t even started on it. I asked to cancel the order but they insisted that they were making the pizza and it would be no more than 20 more minutes. I wait another 45 minutes with no sign of delivery or update and call store to finally cancel my order. 20 minutes go by after cancelling my order and the delivery driver shows up. By far the worst service and nightime managment I’ve ever experienced at a Caseys.

I would leave no stars if I could so you get one that you dont deserve. The last 2 weeks I have gone into this store there is something wrong. Whether it be no coffee or the girl behind the counter is rude. The manager never seems to know what’s going on. I have had my fill of this store. I will not be returning to it.

This is one of two Casey’s General Stores located in Moberly. This location would probably appeal more to local residents as it will take a few minutes to arrive there off of US 63 or US 24. It’s a newer facility and has been clean every time I have visited. I’ve always found the employees to be polite and helpful and their bathrooms to be clean.
