By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. The guy with the long black hair was the worst service I’ve ever Received. Very rude and unprofessional – will never come back to that Dunkin. Food was ice cold as well.

Just sat at the drive thru speaker for so long I thought they were closed. Then, I tried to leave and there was a car at the window. Several minutes later I finally managed to squeeze by it because apparently, this is the slowest/most understaffed Dunkin location in the Northeast.
