Momofuku Noodle Bar Menu – New York, NY

Type : Ramen restaurant

Location : New York, NY

Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village will officially reopen its doors on Thursday, July 14. We’ve spent the past few months renovating our kitchen and making structural upgrades in the dining room to ensure we have another 15+ years of slinging buns & noodles in our beloved East Village home.

As usual, reservations will be available on Resy and we’ll set aside a few tables for walk-ins every night. As we ease into service, we’ll open our doors for dinner 5 days a week, Thursday through Monday. Make sure to keep an eye on our website and @momofukunoodlebar for updates on expanded hours of operation.

David Chang’s Asian-accented American fare comes with an open kitchen, spare decor & dinner crowds. Based on 4 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price $$

Amazing food! Their pork buns are one of the best I’ve ever had. Their chicken wings are unique in flavor and super juicy. Would highly recommend their chicken ramen. One of the best chicken ramen I’ve ever had!

Delicious food, fun vibe, and great service – what else can you ask for! Came here with a large party and they sat us immediately. We ordered a few appetizers but the chicken ramen was the star. Will definitely be coming back soon to try out other options on the menu. Highly recommend!

Love their starters, the pea one especially, they had an amazing special as well with baby corn. The ramen is rich and flavourful, all in all a great place to go when you wanna leave full and happy.

Visited this restaurant with a group of friends because we miss the Toronto location, which closed during the pandemic. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food! We split the pork buns, which were incredibly tasty! The pork was so tender that it melted in your mouth! Both ramen were delicious and were a generous portion. Out of the two, the smoked pork ramen was more flavourful. Next time, I would get that option over the garlic chicken, which was not spicy. We had a great experience here and would definitely return!

Came here by myself because of the Michelin recommendation. Got really good attention, felt very comfortable, and the food (I ordered some ramen) was amazing.

Second time here and the food was wonderful as expected! My friends got the pork ramen while I got the mushroom ramen, which I really think is an underdog in the menu! The miso broth is something I really enjoy, such a thick and savory broth! Make sure to get reservations to ensure seating, as this place is really popular. I did feel a little rushed towards the end of the meal, as the waiter just threw the check onto my table and kept trying to collect it even though I had been clearly busy catching up with friends.

We came for lunch at 12:30 PM and spent about 30 minutes eating. We were served quickly and had lunch at the bar. My boyfriend had ramen, and I had small plates of kimchi, spicy cucumbers, and 2 shrimp buns. I feel quite full and satisfied with my lunch. It was very flavorful and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the MF Doom music playing in the background.

The smoked pork Ramen is tasty. Not too strong flavor but variable taste. Only small issue is the seats are to tight. We were kept asked to move forward to the table to left space behind and we have to ask other people to stand out for us to have space to leave our seats, which shouldn’t happen in a well-arranged restaurant.

The smoked pork ramen is made to perfection. Lovely space (the open kitchen is a nice touch) and some of the best meals you can find in NYC. Really is worth the hype
