Decent food for pricing, but wish they had breakfast later in the day &/or offered brunch. The tomatoe bisque was probably the best thing we ordered on a cold rainy day. The server was not very attentive had to get up or flag down for refills, ask for check, and our server didn’t even check us out. Historic little place but could use a little bit better cleaning of the booths/tables inbetween guests.

Great corner spot. Food was mediocre. Nothing to rave about especially when asking for crispy bacon and getting rubbery bacon instead. Spent $42 for a turkey sandwich and a breakfast wrap with one cup of coffee.

On vacation, meeting friend for breakfast. Sat fairly quick but took a while for someone to come over.

Stopped in for lunch during the holiday weekend and this place was HOPPIN! Fun, casual environment with tables/booths or the bar to sit and enjoy a good bite and a beer. Super friendly, attentive and fast service! WOW! Even during the hustle & bustle of Fourth of July weekend events the staff clearly make a great team! The food — ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We had burgers & brisket sandwiches with fries that were excellent but everything we saw come out of the kitchen looked amazing. Will definitely return!

Stopped in the Bistro St. Michael for breakfast. We were able to be seated at the bar immediately, just a short wait for a table. We were immediately greeted and felt welcomed. I ordered the pancakes and friend ordered the French toast. Both were pretty tasty and filling. I got a spicy Bloody Mary which could’ve used some more spice but it was still pretty good. The orange juice was pretty small for the price so I’d stick to something else in the future when we come back. We checked out the lunch menu and everything sounds great. We’ll definitely be coming back.

stopped in for coffee and dessert. staff was very friendly and we were seated right away. unfortunately we were served creamer that had spoiled and we drank it in our coffee. the coffee tasted awful so I asked the server and was told they had thrown out a bad batch of creamer but must have missed that one. thankfully we did not drink enough of it to make us sick but I feel our coffees should have been on the house

Gave this place a second chance and it was worse than the first. Came in and wasn’t acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. I had time to take my toddler to the restroom and come back and my husband was still not acknowledged at the front. Finally got a seat. Took forever to be acknowledged just to get drinks. Then forever to get straws. Then forever to take our order. By the time our food came out it was cold because I’m assuming our waitress was not attentive on when the food came out. Would have complained about the food but she never came back until she gave us the check. Wasn’t even worth waiting any longer. They seriously need to give Amy some waitress training. Drinks and food are mediocre at best. I’m assuming they are only still in business due to the history and name. Will definitely never be back.

Absolutely amazing food and service! The chicken fried steak was the best my husband has ever have had. I had the Florentine Benedict and it was great! Skye and Crystal helped us and they were so friendly and suggestive.
