7-8-2023 Online ordering still a bit tricky; trying to apply specials and then choosing toppings, doesn’t show details at checkout of what was ordered so I end up with the same exact 2 pizzas instead of what was configured on the website.

Wonderful customer service. I ordered online for pick up. Every time I walk in the employees are so nice and we always chit-chat. They take their time to make sure the pizza order is correct. They make sure we have napkins, sauces, parmesan packets, and red chili pepper packets.

0 stars for the Hemet location myself and my room mate went inside around 6 pm on June 25 to order a couple of pizzas ,and there was at least 5 employees inside we waited about 10 minutes and not a single person acknowled us standing at the counter and at least 2 employees walked up to the front and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there like we were invisible not even we will be right with you just total ignore ,this use to be my choice of pizza in Hemet so I will get a hold of Corporate of Marcos that they lost two customers this is very rude i work with the public myself and and at least I acknowledge them and not just leave them standing there at the counter with out so much a word.

Black cashier was extremely rude to my wife…didn’t acknowledge her….yelled at her because the machine wasn’t ready to scan yet when she was going to put her card…and didn’t offer her a receipt…..these are the type of people you want working for your company? Called to order a pizza and had to repeat everything i said about my order adress and phone number multiple times each time , after literally 9 minutes of repeating myself i hung up . Sounds like a bunch of stoner kids working there yelling screaming and laughing the entire time i was on the phone . Impossible to tolerate 9 minutes on the phone to order 1 pizza.
