Paid for two specialty pizzas barley got any toppings at all. Maybe if I took both toppings and put them on one half of one pizza it would have made half of the ultimate supreme I ordered the bread sticks was hard and VERY plane the wings were soggy and chewy.. imma stick to Domino’s Pizza they are 110 times better.

Had a medium pan crust pizza which was spectacular! Personally I thought the pizza was better than the one from Bubbas. Restaurant was very clean and service was excellent! Stop by and you will be impressed.

Food was nasty, flat and we ordered hand tossed. Only 20 oz bottles of only 4 soda selections. Took 30 mins after ordering food before it came. Sat 20 minutes to be waited on after we sat down. Behind the counter it appeared dirty and cluttered. Will not order anything in the future.

Dined in the Bedford, Indiana Pizza Hut Monday evening and witnessed a young woman named Tori doing an amazing job!! She handled all customers in house and carry outs plus making the orders herself!! She did this with a smile on her face and never faltered! She is a wonderful asset!

I just ordered a 14.99 pizza from Pizza Hut. $22.45 after delivery fee… Add tip and, yeah $30 pizza. BS! Never doing this again! If the driver received even 50% of the “delivery fee,”. I wouldn’t be so irritated… They see none of it. This is unacceptable.

Edit: service has taken a turn for the worse. Waited a good 10 minutes for the only server to take our order. In that 10 minutes, multiple tables that we’re seated after us placed their order. I walked out. Good pizza, decent service. I have never used their delivery or carry-out service. I have always dined in. In my experience, the food always arrives within a decent amount of time and always tastes really good. The breadsticks here are AMAZING! Best breadsticks in town, that’s for sure. My last visit here was on a Monday night, there was a buffet available, and it was awesome! I didn’t realize they did buffets in the evening. Large selection of different pizzas that made everyone in my party happy.

Pizza Hut is by far our favorite national chain but this is the last time we order from our local store. Last week we waited 40 minutes at the store after we were told it was ready. This week, after ordering, we were told it would be ready in almost 2 hours and then it was cold, wrong and poorly made.

Pam is the woman who takes orders (day shift) M-F and she is SO NICE! She listened as I poorly explained my difficult order (I have autism and get a little weird about things). And when I didn’t make sense, she got the manager, Natalie, who listened and figured out what on Earth I was talking about. Natalie made my food special and it was awesome. They really went the extra 5 miles I know it takes to accommodate me (sorry!).
