One thing that would make me a much more appreciative taco bell fan would be if they would honor requests to have hot sauces added to the food directly during the prep phase. There’s nothing more annoying than having to unwrap and apply hot sauce before you can eat it.

I went there on a Friday, 2pm. Went inside to order as I usually do at the big screen. I ordered 10 items, my receipt is attached to show. I notice prices have gone up at least a buck like most things all over. I like the protein bowl among others. They have a vegan one but I get the non and with steak. It is filling. The other go to is the 5 layer burrito. They don’t have the 7 layer one anymore. No idea why. If u had to read a review, welcome to earth lol.

Went in for the early release for the volcano burrito. Took a bite and I thought I actually got the wrong order because there was ZERO sauce or spice to it. When I went in to talk to staff, they told me it “wasn’t spicy”. Turns out, they just put a single drop of sauce at the bottom of the burrito. I honestly feel ripped off.

Sad to have to review a Taco Bell, but this is an absolute disgrace of a location. All of our food came like this from the drive through. Forgot half of our items, didn’t put any of the boxed items in their boxes, and the wrappings are an absolute mess. Had to go back and request an entirely new order, since everything was carelessly thrown in the bag and inedible.

Any particular reason you guys turn off online ordering almost an hour early EVERY night? Bc it’s really frustrating. Maybe the owner should take a look into their business so they see the way this place runs, bc it’s always something here. Read the other reviews.
