First time ordering a Pizza from Marco’s Pizza. We had a coupon, so we ordered a Large Pepperoni Magnifico with green olives and garlic sauce crust. Husband picked it up and it was ready. Oh my what a good Pizza! I loved the crust. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

Usually pretty spot on but they can be absolutely hit or miss. Today was a miss with a simple cheese bread that was removed far before it had time to finish cooking. Mediocre was the theme of today but hopefully that doesn’t become more common.

We just ordered Marcos pizza for the first time and got their bowl, we were definitely not happy for $7.99 you get a quarter of a bowl of product. I definitely don’t recommend it. I do however recommend Marcos pizza because the manager gave us a refund and even offered store credit given how unsatisfied we were. I understand it’s not their fault and they’re just going by specs but it’s totally unreal that they were charged us for this. The manager stated it should’ve been a full bowl and it was only a quarter and less of a bowl for the pictures below.

It must be this marcos that can’t cook a proper pizza. Because the Whitmore lake location is one of my favorite places to get pizza. The pizza here is very doughy you guys need and could be left in the oven longer. The pizza sauce is not tasty like the other locations. Ordered a cheese pizza and the pizza had so much cheese and barely any sauce the proportion of cheese and sauce just did not make sense at all. So I ordered again giving this place a second chance order light cheese extra sauce. Pizza still was not tasty at all couldn’t finish it because I felt like I was eating dough.

In my pizza pick up, I noticed the lady working behind counter scratching arm sores of some kind while she work, on the phone taking an order. I just wish i didn’t have to see this, it’s closest one to me.

Good pizza and bread. A few complaints. 1 online ordering is ALWAYS down it seems!? 2. They NEVER ever cut their bread all the way through. Last don’t seem to pay to close of attention to order instructions. One more, NEVER EVER have delivery??? C’mon! What’s going on with this store??

I wasted 30.00 my pizza is disgusting. I asked for a half deluxe half just sausage pizza. I asked the person taking my order if he understood what I meant he said yes, but he clearly didn’t. My cinnamon squares are extremely soggy On the bottom, it’s definitely disappointing. I’m never ordering from this Marcos again!
