Went in with my coworkers and ordered 2 tacos… got charged for 12.99… pretty sure that was wrong… took a bite of one told the server right away I didn’t like it she didn’t say nothing and walked away… I ordered side of guacamole with limes… she brought me a bowl of limes when I was done….

El Jalapeno is a diamond in the rough. The staff is attentive and very polite and the food beats othet local Mexican eateries hands down. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s never swamped with people but there’s enough people coming and going, indicating the food is really good (and fairly priced). Stop in, order a drink, and have some fine Mexican food.

First, I just want to say that their Margaritas are not just tequila and sour mix. I had the flight, and each one was delicious. The food is authenti. When I tasted the fresh tortillas I knew we had picked the right place. So far it’s one of the best Mexican places in the area.

Worst customer service! I received a partial order of food and tried to speak with the manager to give them a opportunity to fix it. They wanted me to pay again to see remake the order correctly. I ordered 2 fajitas meals one with just shrimp and one with chicken and shrimp. The order with chicken and shrimp had 8 shrimp and the order with just shrimp only had 5 shrimp. Please tell me how that makes sense. They did not even try to rectify the situation. Do not patronize this organization, they don’t care about their customers food quality or customer service.

We attended today at 4/16/23. We were supposed to be accommodated for a party of 12. Unfortunately our waitress had a negative attitude and demeanor which forced half of our party to want to leave. The party requested a check. I had just ordered a margarita flight and was two drinks in( after a long work week) when the waitress presented me with a check as well. Is ignored her short and dismissive attitude at first. Because I also work in customer service, but when she placed the check on my table, I pulled her aside and reminded her that this is a full party! And that she should have left any personal reservations at the door. I addressed it with the manager, a 50% performance is not acceptable! Treat every guests like a VIP! No attitude, smile and be courteous. A hefty tip walked out the door and down the street to Gillian’s. Along with my personal reference of this business to other businesses in the area. We’ll happily go to SOL or blue azul. Please do better.

We were craving Mexican food, decided to give this place a try. Delish, hit the spot!!! Spices are mild but that’s expected in this type of restaurant. $9.00 Patron, Silver shots, before happy hour, not sure it’s included, just saying. Store inside is clean, service great! Went in just after 3:00. Enjoy the pics.

Pollo Loco was the best meal I ever had. Scrumptious. I highly recommend! Family friendly so a bit noisy but food so good didn’t notice! Service excellent too. Clean tables and chairs. Love it here!
