I love the food at Tudors but as a fast food employee myself I can tell the management is terrible at this location, every time I go to this Tudors location it always seems that a manager is yelling at someone and then proceeds to apologize to you for taking your order improperly and then blames the employees under their management. It’s unprofessional behavior especially for the guests like me to witness and expect from a visit and they also tend to get orders wrong although the food tastes great. The only thing that honestly stops me from giving the Stafford Tudors location one star is the food.

I will never get food from there again. Whoever makes their biscuits need retrained and then retrained again. The other day the top of the biscuit was in 7 different pieces plus hard as a rock and way over cooked. Then today the biscuit was almost black and I think I chipped a tooth, wonder if they will pay my dentist to have it fixed. How hard is it to make a soft biscuit.

Ordered our food. Long wait for food, received wrong order, then waited again yet to given wrong order. They made us take wrong order because things are messed up. Not good. Need to close this one, so much better in Bluefield.

I only go to this location once in a while but they seem to give me the wrong food 8 out of 10 times. They are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency. Them manager is polite but all they can do is give you the correct food when you are able to come back.

The food is always good. I only ordered 2 biscuts and it was a 15 minute wait. If they were busy i could understand but it was a slow period for them. The employees were arguing over whos filling the tea, right in front of customers.

Today I’m sorry to say but we we so disappointed with our meal. I would not have given my dog this to eat. My husband is in the process of getting dentures, and our breakfast was awful. The bread was so hard that it was not eat able. I could not recommend this to anyone. I usually give places the benefit of doubt, but this was just awful.
