The lady who took my order was very rude! I told myself I would stop going to this particular sonic but my coworkers wanted food from here! Never again will I eat that this establishment! The burger meat wasn’t hot so the cheese didn’t melt and the large chili cheese tots were barely anything in. This place hasn’t change AT ALL! Do better!

Placed an online order, arrived, waited 10 mins… They weren’t busy. I could see inside there and could see they were just cleaning and doing things – refreshing etc. I finally pushed the button because it still hadn’t said anything about them coming out or anything.. Told her I had been waiting and my order was two drinks. She said the reason was because they didn’t have the flavor Redbull slush I ordered and did I want to just get regular… Not sure why they didn’t let me know this 10 mins prior or something instead of making me wait to ask where my order was… I say yes that’s fine.. 5 mins later my order finally comes out… As if it had been sitting there the entire 15 mins.

I ordered food needless to say I waited a long time thinking the food was gonna be hot fresh food that was a no go. The food was cold. I ordered cheese on the chicken sandwich in which I paid for I might add there was no cheese, and when I got home with the food it was an inconvenience to go back for cheese. Also I ordered a steak bacon cheese combo they didn’t give me my fries I paid for. At this rate I feel like Sonic is ripping people off. The food was very pricey for a person to be disappointed.

The burger bun was completely greasy and smashed flat. There was nothing if it to hold the bigger in. May as well have just thrown it in a plate with no soggy greasy flat bun. Oils t pick it up. Worst burger ever! From Sonic. And… no onion rings but they are on the menu !

I usually love the service I get, Sonic’s a real convenient place to stop at omw home. Allows me to get food/treats for myself, Husband and daughter. I’ve been frequenting the place more often as of lately. Anyway, tonight I got home. Unloaded the car, daughter and all. Brought the food out, got her set up with her options. Finally sat down and opened my burger to find only and everything that I asked they not put on it. I don’t understand. It must be opposite day.
