I travel a lot and experience all types of foods from different cultures. I ate Korean fried chicken before. This is not it. It’s suppose to be deep fried 3 times and it was not. The Shrimp Fried Rice is wet and the taste of it was gross. Very disappointing. If I can leave zero outta 5 I would!

I just want to say thank you for opening this Korean restaurant in Apollo Beach. The food here is delicious! Absolutely love their Korean chicken wings! The staff there is super friendly and welcoming! It is a small restaurant but they have so much options! And must try their dessert! It was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. But the pastry with cinnamon in the middle is so delicious and warming to the heart. I wish they have more side dishes, but overall, I love this place. Recommend everyone to come here for Korean food in Apollo Beach, Ruskin, and Riverview area!

The owner was very nice, she said this restaurant has been in Apollo Beach, FL for 6 months. It is a nice spot, small but cozy. The yakimundu was real good. The Dolsot bibimbop was in a hot stone bowl. All of the food was fresh and hot. The kimchi was ok but they were out of the cucumbers which we would have liked to have tried. The bulgogi was missing the green onions which we normally get at other Korean restaurants to include it did not have the sweet soy sauce and ginger taste that we are used to. We wish this restaurant the best.

Waitress was funny and very kind!! My first time eating Korean food, great experience! Highly recommend the bulgogi beef and the pork fried dumplings. The pickled radish and cucumbers were really good as well. Great time!

Wow wow wow!! I haven’t had Korean food in such a long time, and I was so excited when we stumbled upon this place. We ordered Korean style chicken wings, beef short ribs and beef bulgogi. My absolute favorite was the short ribs! It’s a very small place, so better to order to go. The owner is the cook and this place is fairly new, so be patient when you wait, it’s so worth the wait!!! This place was super clean, and that was the first thing I noticed. Everything we ordered was amazing and you can’t go wrong with any of that! If you aren’t familiar with Korean food, they have both spicy and regular. The meats are sweet and savory in flavor.

Food is as much about taste, as it is about place, as it is about satisfaction. It’s a shame I have to move to the other side of Tampa, having only just discovered this fantastic little restaurant in Apollo Beach. It’s a bummer because it’s exactly the kind of hardy, down to earth Korean food that I love. And I’ll have to make time to come back. Def Recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our lunch at K Bop Box today in Apollo Beach. We were so hungry I forgot to take some food photos. We ordered House Kimbop, seafood pancake, beef fried rice, Kimchi Jigae, jajangmyun, and red bean bingsoo. They’ve been opened for a month. Owner and staff are kind.

This is probably the best Korean food in Hillsborough county! It’s a small cozy place with a real home town feel. It’s very clean, tidy and organized. The food was phenomenal. My wife and I had the fried dumplings which was the right crispy texture, egg fried rice with a nice coating of oil, short ribs where the meat was so tender and juicy, and my wife got the bulgogi which was cooked to perfection as well. The price point was just right in my opinion. The quality was top notch. I’ll definitely be coming back.
