Ordered two pizzas on the 4th of July and service was amazing. The pizza was done quickly and ready to pick up within 45 minutes of ordering. Both pizzas were extremely hot and cooked perfectly to what we had ordered. Great experience as always.

While I can accept my order being late, what isn’t okay is to receive cold food. Cheese in the Calpine was cooled down enough to have congealed. The fried ravioli were flat and barely even warm. Food is good if you pick up but delivery is sub par. Tracking didn’t work and when I tried calling, nobody was answering the phone. A huge disappointment.

Never again! Just spent 20 bucks in a hard, dry, overcooked pizza. Ask them to cook light and they say no they won’t do that for me. Of course just my luck they burn and overcook it. Looks like it was sitting on top of the oven all day. Guess I got the old lunch no show order.

I was a was a regular customer Every Friday remember I always got delivery I am disabled First few times was greatThen after that it started going downhill Where my pizza wasn’t hot at all They were missing toppings I always get the vegetable It was not cooked correctly as a matter of fact it was barely cookedThey have delivered to my house multiple times every single Friday Somehow someway my address got screwed up Although I corrected them every single time I placed an orderThey continued to bring my pizza to Coventry every time Well I live in West WarwickWell the pizza would then go back to the store and then they would to bring me the same exact pizza ice cold The very last straw My pizza went to Coventry Again Then back to the store then to a different West Warwick address and they wouldn’t even answer the phone for me to find out where my pizza that I paid for was So I kept calling until finally the manager Luis Answered the phone and I told him I wanted my pizza ASAP he said they were closed I said I already paid for it I asked why they didn’t call He said we don’t have the right number I explained to them that they had already called me when I first ordered to make sure of the address and he repeated my phone number to me they never tried to call so he proceeded to then send the pizza that went to three locations to my house ice cold and disgusting It’s pretty sad that they cannot get their deliveries right The worst part is everyone’s correct when you go there and wait for your pizza to be made and take it with you It’s usually very good That’s the problem with this place and then they choose to close whenever they feel like it there is no set hours And I really do like that pizza But with all the past problems I have since stopped ordering

I specifically ordered a pizza with NO banana peppers. I asked for jalapeno peppers on my pie and they said they don’t use jalapenos. They told me they will put hot peppers on it, and after paying more than $20 for the pizza, i actually fed it to the pig. They covered my pizza with banana peppers.

Steak and cheese was delivered soggy and stuck to the paper it was wrapped in also onion rings was soggy and soft and when you pick them up they would just fall apart due to being so soft also about 2 months ago we ordered a BLT and there was mild on the bread we also have pictures of it and when we call they give us the worst attitudes and we are being so nice about it but today drew the line for me I will never order from famous pizza in west Warwick ever again

Whenever I’m back in Coventry/West Warwick from East Providence I ALWAYS end up ordering a large Pepperoni and Bacon pizza, price never changes. It’s always 13$ and some change. Any pizza from here is good. The one thing I seem to always run into that is frustrating, there isn’t ever enough bacon on the pizza. I included a few photos below. But please don’t let the focus of the pizza to be the lack of Bacon. There pizzas are very good. If they weren’t I wouldn’t come here obviously. I’ve lived in Coventry all my life and hey have been there since I can remember. Definitely recommended. But if you get bacon, maybe ask them to please evenly cover the pizza.
