Well, this is, in my opinion, the best fine dining option in Springfield. The service is impeccable and if you get an option for Cody to serve you, I would recommend it. He knows the menu and will suggest exactly what you need based on your preferences and explain what is going to happen, because it’s a bit different than any other restaurant experience.

Oh my gosh, my husband and I came in for the first time and I think this is the best dinner we’ve had here in Springfield hands down. It is more on the fine dining side and our bill was $180 pre tip, so better come prepped to spend some money. It was 100% worth it for us though. Our server was outstanding, I believe his name was Andy, and the managers were making the rounds to check on tables and they were also incredibly welcoming and friendly. The scallop crudo was my personal favorite, it was so refreshing and just delicious and balanced in every way. My husband might possibly commit a crime to have the tataki wagyu again, it was melt in your mouth beyond wonderful. The atmosphere is also beautifully decorated and it’s not too loud or crowded.

Young and her team did a Fantastic job with Ambiance, Food and Drinks. The Sea Bass was light and delicious, the Tuna Cigars were the Bomb! Sushi Excellent. Gage mixed up a Perfect Ariake Old Fashioned. Smooth and Smokey. Nice to meet Terri. Thank you for your hospitality. You need to connect your website to Google my business. Great job opening this after many month of hard work!!! We will be back. Worth the wait and price.

Wow! Ariake staff did an amazing job serving us! The ambiance in this place is fresh and an amazing addition to the Springfield dining experience! The vibe was pretty chill!! The food is amazing! From the sushi to the appetizers and even the desserts! You gotta try the Robatas- the steak and chicken were delicious! The blueberry cheesecake cobbler was delicious and the portion sizes of the desserts were perfect and the taste is light and flavorful! The rolls were perfect! The Tuna Firecracker roll was probably our favorite of the night! Full of fresh flavor! It wasn’t doused in sauces but was the perfect bite! The Crispy Yasaimono roll was light and crispy and a vegan friendly option!

We are so happy we made a reservation at what has to be one of the best restaurants in Springfield. The atmosphere somehow managed to balance a perfect blend of upbeat and relaxing. Out of all the different types of restaurants we have visited in North America, from $4.99 breakfast combos to a $400 filet mignon, this was one of my favorites. This is a place to have an experience and not just a meal. The service is wonderful and the owner was eager to talk about the different dishes. She believes in and cares for this place and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant. We will be back soon!

Ariake has a great atmosphere, bar, sushi bar, friendly and informative staff. The menu has a selection of small cold plates, nigiri, sushi, lamb, steak, sake, and real wasabi root. This is a great addition to the sushi scene for Springfield!

Ok, first off; this is a very targeted review aimed at people who enjoy trying new food, on smaller portions, and don’t mind paying a premium for such an experience. If you are looking for large portions, value for money etc. This is not for you. Ariake is anl super ambitious and most likely the most high-end Japanese/Korean fusion restaurant in Missouri right now and it shows. The menu is literally 100 different items from Sushi rolls, oysters, wagyu, shrimp, chicken skewers, Uni and more. The style is omakase or a version of it where you pick what you want from the selections of dishes. We went opening week and while somewhat chaotic it was a blast. The food was great with standouts being the Oysters with caviar, and the wagyu (I hear people love the scallops but while good, they were in my opinion no match for the oysters). The atmosphere is relaxed-luxury and the space looks stunning. So take a night, plonk down the $150 for the Omakase tasting menu and enjoy.
