If you are going to charge a fee for using a credit card don’t complain when you are paid in cash. Perhaps post which legal US currency you don’t accept. Went in to pick up a pizza and garlic bread. They would not take a $100 and all I had were a bunch of $2’s (I carry them for tips). I counted out 13 $2 bills (consecutively numbered) and the cashier took them to the back for verification. He came back and stated they would take them today but never again. If you are going to passively aggressively accuse someone of counterfeiting expect pushback. I recommended that take my number (which they already have from the order) and to call the Secret Service. The cashier stated it wasn’t necessary and I pressed him to confirm they will take payment in all $1 bills (they would). My suggestion stands to call the Secret Service to confirm the authenticity of the bills and I’m happy to talk with them and show the other bricks of consecutively numbered matching bills I still possess. There are plenty of pizza places in the area and I’m not going to solicit this location again. I suggest you consider an alternative option too.

Visiting from out of town for holiday. Great delivery service. The problem is there was a blonde hair in my pizza on first square. Im sorry but gloves, hair nets etc should be mandatory. It’s nasty and unclean to have hair in a pizza. Please fix this problem at your establishment. I will contact management.

I love Imos but this location is not it. Prices are exorbitant and food is inconsistent. The cheese bread we just got tasted extremely off/metallic and was inedible. Plus, only one cup of dressing for a large salad. Toasted ravioli and pizza were okay but not up to my expectation of Imos. We will stick to Cecil Whittakers.

Turned away business 30 minutes prior to closing because they are short staffed and are closing early (or so we were told by the lady pictured here). Mind you, we called prior to pulling up and she said something completely different on the phone. However as soon as we returned to our car, two other guys came out from the back. Didn’t know you needed an entire army to make one pizza.

First off I LOVE imos. Will never order from this particular one after the customer service I just received. I called the store at 11:32pm(to order a small pizza, usually takes 15-20mins). After spending 10 mins trying to order online with no success. The manager proceeded to tell me they stopped taking orders 2 mins ago after I waited on hold for 2 mins. Literally I thought she was kidding….

From pizzas to sandwiches….toasted ravioli to salads, taste is fabulous. Drinks are refillable. Handicap parking is right in front. Home of the Provel Cheese!!! Don’t forget the garlic cheese bread. Lost star only because now using packaged Parmesan.
