Stop couple times per week usually drive through & once week in store. Drinks are exceptional to not even remotely what was ordered. Food & drink should not depend on who waits on you. On 6/27 black coffee given for two caramel macciattos- no caramel, sugar or milk product. Both iced coffees were hazelnut not flavor ordered. Were labled correctly. French crullers were doughy inside. Was told they just heat & ice. Thinking someone cut the heat step & just iced. Gross. 8/3 manager on duty at 10 AM was unprofessional, rude & should not be working in any job that requires customer interaction. If I was not a frequent customer today would be my last at establishment. She really was that abrasive, loud, rude & extremely unprofessional in every possible way. Her manner was not any better with those working there either.

The Silent One
I tried working here twice and set up two interviews. With my first interview, the manager had me sit there for an hour. She finally interviews me and critiqued my email, criticized my answers and says they contradicted eachother when what she said wasn’t true, and wrote down the wrong hours I told her. I saw the job listing showed up again a month later and I set up a second interview and corrected my resume to be more professional. And then she didn’t even show up and I filled out the form myself. Never even got a call back or a rejection email both times. The manager was very unprofessional and unnecessarily ignorant. The crew members were very helpful and nice though. Never going back there again after being patient with them. So be warned when applying here; they’re very picky choosing candidates and still struggle with slow service.

Giving 3 stars because the coffee is good but as a local getting this kind of quality makes me not want to come back. This was supposed to be a bacon, egg, and cheese on croissant. You can hardly call that okay to just wrap up and serve to someone. Do better Dunkin’ employees.
