Found a gummy candy in my bowl. Why employees are snacking anywhere near food prep areas is beyond me. I tried calling them, not looking to get anything out of this, just wanted to make them aware but automated machine never let me connect to a staff member.

The chips are consistently burnt. I’ve reached out to support and essentially they don’t care. This is why I don’t go frequently Chipolte and now no more. The dark chips are the gross burnt ones.

This chipotle is always clean, they have a station for mobile orders which makes everything quicker, I haven’t seen this in other chipotles. Staff is friendly and parking is easy. They have inside and outside tables.

This was the first time for me at this location. I ordered a veggie bowl to go, and it was horrible. When I got home to eat it (mind you I only live like 10 minutes away)… The rice was crunchy and the sour cream tasted rancid. The chips were very greasy. This was the worst experience. Not sure that I’ll visit this location again.

Completely dissatisfied! (11249 W. Airport Blvd location)I just received my delivery and my steak tacos had absolutely NO STEAK! When I tried to reach out to the store, it’s an automated system to which you can not get a real person on the line. The same goes for online! I dealt with another automated system online and no way to talk to a real person to resolve my issue! My money was kept, a “free entrée” was credited, meanwhile, I have 3 tacos with no meat! Watch out when ordering from them, especially delivery! Your money will be kept!

Gauging Systems
Just went to this location at 10:45 AM in Stafford when they opened. The front door was locked, forcing customers to walk over to the side door. I finally told one of the employees the front door is locked and she apathetically went over and unlocked it. The guacamole was brown and so was the lettuce. The cheese was not cut up properly, neither was the meat, big chunks of both. Management needs to change at this location!!

Just wow!! Came around 8:50pm tonight (August 30, 2023) with my husband and two cousins. We bought 4 bowls, 2 burritos and boy let me tell ya! I am so disappointed! The employees were SO UNPROFESSIONAL, our host (Rosa) was TERRIBLE. NO barbacoa, NO sour cream?!! Jesus! There barely added the meats, upon arriving home, we all noticed the food was COLD, TASTELESS! We live about 20 minutes from that location, we called the store to no avail. NO ONE answered. We spent over $70 , My cousin and I experience stomach cramps! Never again CHIPOTLE. I need a manager to contact me ASAP before I dispute whole charge with my financial institution! POOR SERVICE, POOR FOOD QUALITY- 1 STAR! Terible servicio!!

I ordered through the app. Was told food would be ready at one time and by the time I arrived they haven’t even started preparing it. Worse off, the cashier says they were busy but instead of prioritizing my order as I have just arrived, they just shrugged me off. Had to wait forever to have my food prepared and definitely didn’t taste as good as it used to back in the times Chipotle was Chipotle. Now they are simply like any corporate chain that prioritizes nothing they advertise (customer experience, environment, etc.). I don’t even know what motivates me to give them another chance. I guess it’s cheap, convenience, and habit. One of which will change and I will no longer think of going to this chain again.
