This is a food truck to be reconned with! Authentic Thai food. When they say hot (three peppers), it’s hot. However it’s not so hot that it loses any flavor. The pricing is very fair and the portion size is perfect. Their menu is small, 4-5 items, along with a kids offering (smart), but the variety is perfect for a food truck. This little truck that can should have the competition sweating, even if they don’t eat the three pepper dishes!!

My colleague and I were excited to try this cart on Library Mall for lunch a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the food was bland and wasn’t really Thai. My pad Thai had boiled shredded chicken, chopped up rice noodles, some veggies and no discernible sauce or seasoning. The lime and peanuts made it somewhat edible. My coworker’s fried rice had more of that shredded chicken, steamed white rice, some veggies and a drizzle of sauce on top. The guy working seemed overwhelmed- from other reviews seems like maybe he missed the sauce and flavor because he was distracted?

I was excited to get some chicken pad thai for lunch today, but unfortunately Thailand in a Truck really didn’t do it for me. The portions are large, but I thought that the food was watery and not very flavorful. Especially for the cost, I think there are better food truck options.

Was so excited for the Pad Thai…It was basically no flavor steamed chicken and veggies with a small amount of tamarind sauce. I heard several other patrons complain of the same thing and many threw out their food and went over to the BBQ truck. Also, no napkins available when asked. The tapioca with mango was curdled, dry and Al dente tapioca. Again so very disappointing.
