The employees are friendly. The restaurant is clean. Service is fast. I’ve been here many times and keep coming. I always get the giant #5 vito adding pickles and extra lettuce. I request that they wrap halves separately because I can’t eat the whole sandwich at one time. Also, if I’m eating part of it later, I have them put the oil and vinegar on the side in a container so that while my half sandwich waits, it isn’t getting mushy from the liquid.

This place has amazing customer service. This is my go-to place to get lunch, friendly, clean, quick, and have great attention to detail to your orders. Kudos to the whole team at this location on Renner road. I will always come back.

Normally good, but today at dinnertime it took forever to get our sandwiches. Also the bread was extremely burnt and bitter on the bottom, where it’s actually a pain to bite through because of how hard it is. Picture of burnt bread attached.

Revised review: went during times that were shown as open (9:30pm) on a Wednesday and they were locked and told me to go away. Both their website and google shows it should be open. They decided to close early on their own.

Wasted money. The sandwich (#13) was way too salty. I removed the nasty looking bacon and that helped a little. The bread was meh, the entire sandwich needed a lot! Other than too salty there was no flavor. A lot of bread and mayo, but very short in meat and cheese.

Worst experience ever. Was not greeted, just stared at and the customers that came behind me were treated the same way. These guys were more concerned with playing around with the food (throwing food into the sandwiches and laughing about it) than paying attention to making the sandwiches. They didn’t put the dressing in the bag, that I paid extra for. The sandwiches were all wrong as well. We will definitely never return.
