By far THE WORST Filiberto’s…. And I love Filibertos! I work Late nights so this is one of the only places open when I’m off work. I continue on giving them another try but I’m ALWAYS disappointed. Their cowboy fries are supposed to have cooked jalapeños and they NEVER come cooked anymore. They also don’t even slice them properly. I literally Have to pull it apart myself. The fries aren’t cooked all the way and are super soggy. I just pick around everything and eat the chicken. Also I opened my box and the kitchen ticket was inside of my box. So disappointed with their lack of care when it comes to their food. Their food is always trash. I’m done giving them another try. Shut this location down.

Normally a good experience. Not this time. Waited in the line at the window for a good 8 minutes until the cars behind me started honking. I saw the 2 girls in the window chatting and folding things. Didn’t even check in and let me know it was taking a longer time or anything. I knocked on the window after about 10 minutes and the manager came and said they had a bunch of to go orders first. I figured they help the drive thru before to go orders. Super rude and unprofessional. Not empathetic or kind in any way. Got my food and realized half way home they did not seal the bowl and all the juice leaked out over everything. They also smashed the chips with the heavy bowl of leaking liquid. Returned everything and got my money back. Never an apology once. Management is rude and I definitely won’t be back based on the customer service. It was terrible.

Literally got into an altercation with the girl up front. I had an Uber pick up, only asked if I was there for a pick up, doesn’t give me any status, pushes the order back, doesn’t even ask who is it for and when i finally had to get their attention she defensively asks “what do you want me to do it’s being worked on” I told her I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes, the ticket was printed 15 minutes ago. All she did do was turn around to the other workers to gossip about me as I didn’t know all they said was “he can drop the order” sure and I’ll lose out of 15 minutes for nothing. This place has always had unprofessional staff, but because their managers don’t do a thing, this enables workers to act unprofessional. Of course there’s a nosy lady that walks up to stick her nose and gossip about me after I get in my car, this place needs actual managers finally do not recommend anyone come to this place, there’s other Mexican restaurants that have better service and better food to be honest.

I’ve been coming to this location off and on for two years because it’s next to work, but I never learn until now – they are SLOW! I ran two tests by driving to the Cotton Lane location that is 3 miles, one way from this one; it IS quicker to drive all the way there, get your order, & drive all the way back. …and if there are anyone in front of you, expect it to take that much longer — today there was one car in front of me and it took 22 minutes to get a simple egg burrito.

Hands down the best pollo asado fries anywhere! I know it’s a chain and all, but there seems to be some slight variation from one Filiberto’s to the next. This one in particular is AWESOME! Great, fast service and perfectly seasoned/cooked food! Thank you for the consistently delicious food!

Absolutely disgusting! Found both a FLY and a piece of a plastic tube with Sharp edges! Highly highly recommend making the drive or ordering from a different location!!! Who ever works there needs to be fired and higher employees that pay better attention. The food they make goes in your body. DISGUSTING!!

I’ve been to this location 3x in the past month — The first time I waited in the drive thru for 25+ minutes with one car in front. The second time was as long as I was the only car there. This last time there were two cars ahead and it was 42 minutes before I could get to the window. Don’t waste your time and gas coming to this location; there’re two locations within 3 miles — go to them and you’ll be served within 5 minutes.
