Found hair in my food. It was cooked into the steak and cheese but I pulled it out for the photo. Told the manager and she was respectful of my feedback that they should be wearing hairnets. But still, finding hair in your food at any establishment will turn your off from eating there for a while.

We love Cousins but are not loving the massive bill the comes with sub sandwiches. Kids always ask to go but when you are spending $40+ on two subs (with drink and chips) that’s crazy!

Is this place a joke because when I pay $20 for a sub I expect to have enough meat on a sandwich to least cover the whole bottom part of the sub I got enough meat for half a sandwich on a 15 inch sub is ridiculous there’s more bread then meat that beef Sriracha sub is a ripoff

i had a pickup order, and when i arrived my boyfriend went inside to grab our bag. we got home and opened the bag for our order to be completely wrong. i checked the name and it was similar to mine but not my name. i called to tell them they gave us the wrong order…the guy on the phone proceeds to say my boyfriend took the wrong bag, and frankly had a bit of an attitude. honestly it’s b.s. because all the pickup bags are on the back counter until the person who is picking up gets HANDED the bag, in which that’s what my boyfriend said had happened. i usually never have an issue with the morning/afternoon people, but the night people are always screwing around and are rude

I ordered a 15” sub and a cookie to-go but instead received 2 cookies and a 7.5” sub which didn’t have all that I wanted on it. As I called the store to see if I was overcharged for a 15” having only received a 7.5” the guy on the phone suggested that I could come back to the store for the other half but I’d still have to pay for it. I don’t know anyone who would drive all the way back somewhere only to buy something the store messed up on. The sub was great despite the lack of ingredients
