I want to applaud Charles on the Pizza Hut on 19th in Lubbock he went out of his way and was very professional to us he deserves a raise. Listening to him answer the phone and greet people that’s how it should be I would make him a manager that travels to go train people because this guy has his stuff down. I always order in Lubbock at the martin Luther king drive and it’s always bad but no not this time we will definitely be back that’s for sure glad we went to the one on 19th.He had plates and sauces in bag all organized don’t lose this guy y’all better keep him.

I called in for a pickup order and the lady on the other end had one hell of an attitude. I asked for simple requests like if I could have a double cut personal cheese pizza and her immediate response was “I’m not willing to do that” I’m not sure what type of establishment hire employees with attitudes but this is the one. Don’t go here it’s not worth it there are many more pizza huts in Lubbock.

Manager “Bri” is the worst. 2 different times I have had to speak with her. She prefers to argue with her customers rather than fix a situation. They had no driver and instead of canceling or informing me that I should pick it up she argued that it wasn’t her fault. She definitely doesn’t need to be in that position.
