Very frustrating..but I was waited on by a selfdescribed trainee. He got everything wrong with a simple to go order including wrongly entering my order and when I corrected him he entered another order..doubling the amount charged. When I brought THAT to his attention, he became more than defensive and finally the manager who was very busy handling the takeout window finally stepped in. I know she was unaware (not her fault) of the demeanor change..and he got the next customer’s order wrong . It took several repeated tries by the customer for him to fully understand an on line order that was already up. I still love your restaurant and know that you have great employees, but I don’t see this one representing your company in a good light. Please know I’m not one to complain ordinarily. They always, always, always cheap out on labor cost hoping to save money only pissing off customers going to work and wanting a fast breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for fast food.
